Sr. Data Engineer - ADPMN INC

JOB TITLE :: Sr. Data Engineer
LOCATION :: Urbandale, IA
DURATION :: 6 month Contract to Hire

The candidate may occasionally have to commute to the office (not clear on how often this is expected, if any). 

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Azure cloud technologies, with expertise in Synapse, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Delta Lake, and Databricks, or equivalent experience with AWS, Snowflake, and/or GCP.
• Deep understanding of data architecture principles, including Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Master Data Management (MDM).
• Experience with dimensional data modeling and design, including developing Star Schemas and implementing data population techniques for target structures.
• Advanced skills in PySpark and SQL for building robust, production-grade data pipelines and tools.
• Familiarity with navigating modern data ecosystems, including hybrid environments integrating on-premises and cloud technologies.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and best practices for seamless deployment and operation.
• Proven experience working within Product Scrum Agile teams, ensuring alignment with agile principles and delivery practices.
