Sr. Construction Project Manager - Davron LLC

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

• 5-10+ years of construction experience working on middle to high end residential remodels in the San Francisco Bay area, or other large metropolitan areas (e.g. NYC, Boston, Miami, etc.)
• Light commercial tenant improvements or build outs including restaurants, café’s, bars, etc. preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Procore, and Bluebeam
• Experience reading drawings in SketchUp or AutoCAD to identify any design conflicts
• Knowledgeable in project sequencing and scheduling, with experience in managing remodels and commercial projects up to 7,000 sq ft
• Strong framing background with some concrete experience preferred
• Capable of managing a crew of 10-15 carpenters and laborers, overseeing subcontractors, and handling 4-6 projects simultaneously

Salary: $180,000 - $280,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
