Position Overview

The Sr. Construction Manager will lead and oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, preconstruction management, and procurement skills, as well as the ability to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely acquisition of materials and services.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of construction management experience with a focus on project management and procurement.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Experience in MEP Data Center, Public Schools, and Manufacturing projects is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
