US Imaging Network, a leading healthcare services company, located in midtown Manhattan and Tampa, Florida is looking for a talented Data Warehouse ETL Developer to join our growing Information Technology Department. As a member of the Applications Team, you are responsible for the design, development, and support of our systems in a fast-paced, high-growth company. This role requires business acumen and technical expertise, as well as an ability to build strong relationships with internal business stakeholders and external professional services partners.
Responsibilities:
- Design & Develop solutions to enhance existing and new business models leveraging AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS S3, AWS Connect, AWS Pinpoint, Snowflake, Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Service Cloud, Github (CI/CD) and similar technologies.
- Support the current Salesforce production environment.
- Support day-to-day break fix (file transfer, transformation scripts, database tasks and triggers); investigate, research, resolve, and/or engage internal resources or external service partners.
- Monitor performance of deployed modifications
- Lead ongoing platform customizations supporting key business units.
- Implement system changes and roll out of new features on an on-going basis leveraging Agile based SDLC.
- Support outsourcing and staff augmentation support model for feature design & development and serve as Senior Technical point of contact for external professional services partners.
- Develop and Support data integrations and ETL processes between systems.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with Data Warehousing, Relational Databases and ETL tools
- AWS/Snowflake experience desired
- Experience loading data into a Salesforce environment desired.
- Proficient in configuration structures and declarative automation.
- Experience implementing Snowflake functionality using streams, tasks .
- Knowledge with Git/webhooks or similar release management/DevOps tools is a plus.
- Experience with data migration/ETL involving Salesforce using tools like AWS, Boomi, Jitterbit, or Mulesoft
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) or AWS Connect experience is a plus.
- BA/BS degree in a computer/business discipline or equivalent applicable experience
Preferred but not required skills/qualifications:
Knowledge and executed use of SDLC methodologies.
Experience with sprint planning and allocation, scrum updates, evaluation of business requirements and estimating level of effort for design approach.
Experience working with Project Management Office (PMO), Project Managers and/or Business Analysts.
