Sr Technical Project Manager - Insight Global

Job Description This position contributes to the success of client by leading high performing teams on implementing Complex Enterprise Technology Infrastructure deployment and Integration projects for our organization. You will work with business stakeholders, and executive leadership driving the established roadmap and requirements necessary to deliver on a recycling and sustainability project. This role requires deep expertise in stakeholder and relationship management, an ability to understand and liaise between technical and business teams, full ownership of project financial management, and risk management breaking down work intuitively, putting together roadmaps, timelines, and overcommunicating areas of risk and change. While this is a very collaborative position, its also critical to be able to operate independently this role requires a quick ramp period (2 weeks) reviewing training, tools, project plans, samples, and templates so that by day 30, you are up and running! Skills and Requirements 5+ years of Sr. PM experience managing software development projects end to end, implementing complex technologies in a multi-national enterprise environment with broadly integrated and complex systems Expert-level knowledge of standards and practices for ST project and program lifecycle management activities and deliverables, including: (1) solution analysis and design; (2) enterprise, solution, and infrastructure architecture; (3) systems integration; (4) data conversion and migration; (5) environment management and build processes; and (6) deployment planning and execution. Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, with experience supporting highly visible projects, communicating with executive leadership, technical teams, and business teams Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong desire to learn and be curious Experience leading distributed technical and business teams across multiple countries/time zones, serving as a liaison between the two Ability to understand the roles of developers, systems analysts, QAs and how to enable success within each position Expertise owning and driving project budgets using MS Projects (or similar tool) working with stakeholders in forecasting of the work, tracking project actuals, invoices, etc. Experience using Agile methods & working on complex, integrated platforms Advanced skills in the MS Office Product Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
