Senior Systems Administrator

Pay Target $50 - $60 per hour


Job Description:
This role is to come onboard and help a 10 person team with an overwhelming workload get caught up and back on track. The group is a mix of systems people, tech support, and an analyst. They need a jack of all trades on the networking side of things. They are primarily a Microsoft shop, and using the Azure Cloud with Azure Virtual desktop, Office 365, VOIP environment. You would join as a team lead, and also mentor other junior members of the networking group. There is firewall management, server & virtual desktop management/support for all the remotely located employees throughout Utah and nearby states.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of Systems Administration experience in a team environment. Preferably any team lead experience as well.
• Firewalls, Load Balancers, VOIP (they are using Cisco call manager)
• Virtual Server and Virtual Desktop support experience (they are currently using Azure Virtual Desktop – you should have supported this)
• MS Windows 10 (will be migrating to version 11 soon)
• DHCP, DNS, Azure Active Directory, GPO, and Patch Management
• Cisco Networking, Cisco Call Center Management
• Cloud Systems Administration (Azure preferred or AWS)
• Powershell Scripting
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent

*will require available for on-call once every 5 weeks for occasional evening or weekend support
