Join Maverik/ Kum & Go as our next Sr. Asset Management Analyst where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing a portfolio of over 1,000 properties. You'll have the opportunity to execute strategic asset dispositions, manage leases, and ensure compliance with legal and environmental standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists the Manager of Real Estate Assets and Asset Management Analyst with maintaining a portfolio of 1000+ assets.
- Executes asset disposition strategy which includes selling $20M+ in surplus properties annually.
- Manage asset leases (as both tenant and landlord), renews leases in timely manner, evaluates lease terms, owner of tenant and landlord relations.
- Manage the day-to-day operation activities regarding the 1000+ asset portfolio including assisting landlords with lease obligations, protesting tax assessments, working with environmental contractors, and serving as a liaison for property issues between internal departments and external contacts.
- Review Real Estate related legal documents and ensure accurate execution of contractual obligations.
- Analyze data to assist with making decisions on the long-term plan for assets in the portfolio.
- Collaborate with other departments to create process improvements in an effort to cut on R&M costs.

Qualifications: Education
Bachelor’s degree required, preferred with emphasis in business or real estate.
Qualifications: Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a real estate-related role
- Experience interpreting Real Estate related drawings and legal documents
- Experience with property management or lease administration
- Proven ability to utilize resources to independently solve.
- Contract negotiation experience.
- Ability to read, understand, explain and make recommendations based on financial reports
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
