Job DescriptionYour Career
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager, Worldwide Operations to oversee and drive the successful execution of complex projects within our Supply Chain Operations, Quote to Bill (Q2B), and Salesforce.com (SFDC) environments. This role will require a strong understanding of supply chain processes, order management, logistics, and Salesforce CRM to deliver end-to-end solutions that enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing cross-functional projects, implementing system integrations, and optimizing business processes.
Your Impact
Project Leadership & Management: Lead cross-functional project teams, manage timelines, resources, budgets, and scope for initiatives related to Supply Chain Operations and Order to Cash processes.
End-to-End Supply Chain Management: Oversee key projects aimed at improving Supply Chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
Quote to Bill Optimization: Manage Q2B projects focused on optimizing processes from order entry through invoicing, ensuring smooth integration across various systems, including SFDC and SAP.
Salesforce.com (SFDC) Implementation & Integration: Lead projects involving the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce.com supporting operational teams, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment with Quote to Bill (Q2B) processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, IT, and external partners to define project scope, deliverables, and priorities. Communicate project status and issues effectively to stakeholders.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance the efficiency of supply chain and order management processes.
Reporting & Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, post-implementation reviews, and lessons learned.
Your Experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in Supply Chain Operations, Quote to Bill, and/or Salesforce.com, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of Quote to Bill (Q2B) processes, including order management, third party fulfillment, returns, and invoicing,
Experience with Salesforce.com implementation and integration, including knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) with hardware and SaaS products.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other supply chain and financial management platforms.
Strong project management skills, with expertise in Agile methodologies.
Expertise in Supply Chain Management processes, including planning, inventory management, direct supplier procurement, order fulfillment, and logistics.
Solid understanding of system integration and the ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple dependencies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, etc.), and Google Suite products.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification a plus!
Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Consultant a plus!

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $106000 - $172500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
