THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a cutting-edge sports tech company and help influencers grow their brands. We're looking for a Sr, Partner Success Manager who is passionate about digital engagement, relationship-building, and strategic growth. In this role, you’ll empower influencers (sports content) to increase engagement, strengthen brand loyalty, and drive subscription growth by providing them with effective insights and resources for success.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with sports influencers and content creators, acting as their go-to resource for maximizing success on the platform.
Strategic Consulting: Provide partners with strategic guidance on social media optimization, digital engagement, and growth strategies to drive audience engagement and increase subscription rates.
Platform Support and Training: Educate partners on best practices for using the platform, including features, analytics, and tools for audience engagement.
Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., sales, product) to improve user experience, gather feedback, and implement improvements that support partner success.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in Partner Success or Account Management: 3+ years in a client-facing role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
Background in Influencer Marketing or Social Media: Proven experience working with influencers or social media campaigns to grow engagement and drive conversions.
Analytical and Data-Driven: Proficient in using metrics to assess performance and drive results; experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or CRM platforms is a plus.
Passion for Sports: A genuine interest in sports and the sports betting industry is nice to have, with a keen understanding of the influencer/content creator space.
