Description
The Sub Same Day (SSD) program is one of Amazon's fastest growing businesses which offers customers thousands of best selling items across 5 sub same day delivery windows. The Sr. Manager of SSD Fulfillment Quality will own the operational controllable concessions for the NA SSD network. This includes defining the overarching strategy and roadmap, tracking and communicating progress to goal, and ultimately delivering on leadership goals. This role and team will work cross functionally with Central Program and Tech organizations as well as FC and Station Operations teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage a team of 6+ program managers
- Review daily and weekly performance of business and key KPI's
- Develop and maintain the SSD Concessions improvement roadmap
- Partner with analytics teams to build appropriate insights and reporting on the problem statement
- Using the above insights, develop strategies for operational adjustments
- Build working relationships with both corporate and field operations teams
- Partner and present to Directors, VPs, and other key operational and technical leaders across the organization

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level
- Experience managing teams of 6 or more
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
