A manufacturer in the Valley is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. In this Senior Financial Analyst role, the candidate will be working extensively with their financial planning tool, supporting change management, budgeting, and forecasting. To be successful in this role, the Senior Financial Analyst should have great interpersonal skills, be systems savvy, and have a strong desire to learn and understand the business. What do you need for this Senior Financial Analyst role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
- 3-6 years of finance experience
- Experience in an inventory environment a plus
- MUST have experience with using a large financial planning tool/system
- Advanced Excel
- Create FP&A reports through the company’s system(s)
- Act as a SME to line of business heads
- Collect data for forecasting
- Spearhead the budgeting process
- P&L reporting
- Maintain financial planning tool
- Data validation and reporting
- Variance analysis
- Relationship building with various line of business leads
- Very stable company and big name clients
- Nice CFO
- Cutting edge systems being implemented
- Can build out reporting analytics from the ground up
