Job DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity that calls for a motivated, hard-working, and highly analytical Finance professional to join the Consumer Payments team.
Essential Functions:
Analyze large data sets for insights and to make recommendations to optimize performance
Cross-functionally partner with other global functions to lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast and month end close process for assigned functions or sub-functions
Lead performance diagnostics, management reporting and provide insight for Global Product team
Partner with functional stakeholders to create business cases, drive complex financial modeling and analysis for strategic planning and investments with thoroughness and accuracy
Work closely with cross-functional and regional teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and useful insight and analytical support
Drive and manage change within Finance and Business organizations, while building a collaborative team environment
Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports
This is a hybrid position based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in Finance are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week in Foster City, CA.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, accounting, mathematics, economics, statistics or related quantitative field
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, experience with complex financial or data systems such as Hyperion, Tableau, or SQL is a plus
- Experience preferred in a global company with a matrix organization.
- Consulting or Corporate Strategy experience a plus
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details to ensure accuracy and high quality of output
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a peer with business leaders in a global matrixed organization
- Strong executive presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to executives and business partners
- Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
- Foundational understanding of multi-party payment model (issuers, acquirers, processors, interchange, merchants, cardholders, etc.)
- Proven expertise in modeling techniques, managing large datasets, and business performance measurement/reporting
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, ability to resolve tough business problems with well-structured analyses
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes via automation and end-to-end efficiencies
- Ability to cultivate effective relationships and communicate effectively cross-functionally and with all levels of management and produce time sensitive deliverables
- Attention to detail and accuracy are extremely critical
- Be eligible to work in United States without work authorization sponsorship now or anytime in the future

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 124,600.00 to 180,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
