Sr Director & General Manager, Concentrics
Primary Responsibility: Oversee the profitability and growth of a major segment (geography or function) of the organization’s operations, with revenue responsibility between $2M - $10M.

Role Objective:
+ Manage business operations, including tracking and reporting.
+ Oversee sales pipeline management and drive sales integration with IQVIA CRM.
+ Manage project portfolios, including tracking and reporting of active contracts, project milestones, expenditures, revenues, team utilization, backlog, completion percentage, and margins.
+ Oversee resource management, including tracking, reporting, and oversight.
+ Manage pipeline metrics, including tracking and reporting of soft backlog, pipeline opportunities, burn rates, and size analysis.
+ Oversee business performance management, including tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators.
+ Develop new and expanded CRO services focused on RWE and consumer customers with a fit-for-purpose model.
+ Strengthen the integration of offerings within the wider IQVIA organization.
+ Support the integration of business function systems within IQVIA (Finance, HR, IT, Real Estate).
Essential Functions:
+ Own P&L and financial target responsibility for the segment.
+ Responsible for all functions within the segment, including data, production, sales, client service, consulting, marketing, finance, legal, and HR.
+ Develop and execute short- and long-term operating plans and strategies for the segment, ensuring consistency with corporate and regional objectives.
+ Manage business operations, sales pipeline, project portfolios, resource management, pipeline metrics, and business performance.
+ Build out new/expanded CRO services focused on RWE and consumer customers.
+ Strengthen offering integration within the wider IQVIA organization.
+ Support business function system integration within IQVIA (Finance, HR, IT, Real Estate).
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree required.
+ Graduate degree or equivalent preferred.
+ Eight (8) to twelve (12) years of experience required.
+ Three (3) years of experience at the senior management level required.
+ In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
+ Proven track record in delivering against targets.
+ Excellent management, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and operational skills.
+ Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written.
+ Proven influencing skills at the senior management level.
+ Strong commercial marketing, general management, and financial skills required.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $202,400.00 - $376,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
