The role directly oversees key custom program engagements for these audiences, including but not limited to the New CEO Program (NCEO) and the CEO Gathering (CEOF). In addition, the role collaborates with other program directors on related open enrollment Focused programs—including Growing as a Purposeful Leader (GPL) and Leading Global Businesses (LGB).

+ Ensure the superb delivery of the relevant programs.
Baselining:
+ Document current penetration of major companies
+ Review/assess current portfolio; o Develop competitive assessment
+ Develop shared understanding of relevant unmet customer needs.
Direction:
+ Develop a set of options for the growth and evolution of the initiative, in support of the defined vision and mission;
+ Help explore how to broaden the relationship with key clients beyond programs for senior leaders;
+ Develop and support approaches to make this initiative sustainable
+ Explore how to potentially broaden the initial focus to help promote more of the School’s portfolio of offerings.
Finance:
+ Assess financials of current scope, i.e., the pure CEO programs, the custom programs derived from these, plus LGB and GPL
