As a Sr Data Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to drive strategy and revenue gains through data-driven approaches in support of Marketing and Sales Rep Enablement. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting the future of our marketing efforts and enhancing business processes.
Responsibilities
- Drive expansion of Data Science Marketing capabilities (Sales Rep Enablement, Email, Web, Social, Etc.)
- Translate business goals, objectives, and strategies into play development and creation.
- Own commercial play analysis, development, and monitoring in Eloqua / SFDC.
- Lead segmentation play analysis, development, and performance results, including dashboards.
- Collaborate with Product Managers/supplier partners for play content development.
- Create routine testing of systems: Eloqua, SFDC, PBI Analytics tools (Scorecard) checks and compliance.
- Lead DS engagement discussions, educating on the program, new feature launches, and implementing feedback into the program.
- Leverage analytical and statistical skills to translate data into insights that enhance business processes.
- Develop data-driven business solutions that use advanced statistical methods for encouraging sales and marketing tactics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and opportunities for market growth and expansion.
- Analyze large datasets and interpret for informed decision making, including ad hoc reports and analysis.
- Conduct A/B testing to quantify and validate data science play expansion opportunities.
- Use domain business knowledge to coordinate content and effectively communicate product recommendations via commercial and digital channels.
- Define key performance indicators to evaluate program performance.
- Evaluate performance metrics and suggest ideas for program improvement.
- Refine and automate existing tools and processes.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support commercial inquiries.

Requirements - Preferred Master's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Sales, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and 3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, sales, data analytics, or a related field.
- Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Sales, Business Analytics, or a related field of study. 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing, sales, data analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Python, visualization tools, statistical analysis, business analytics with data intelligence, Salesforce.com(or comparable CRM system), and Eloqua.
