The Sr Systems Analyst will support the development and maintenance of research platforms by performing and documenting analysis work, experience in working with imaging pipelines, XNAT and performing application support.

This position will support the development and maintenance of research platforms by performing and documenting analysis work, experience in working with imaging pipelines, XNAT and performing application support.
The Sr Applications Systems Analyst provides broad leadership and oversight in application solution development to enable secure web-based data collection, storage, integration, and reporting in a complex multiple system environment. This position provides leadership and technical expertise in analyzing, deploying, and maintaining application databases and supporting internal customers by resolving simple and complex problems utilizing knowledge of clinical solutions and a deep understanding of application design, system integration and database concepts. This position will serve as team or technical lead on one or multiple areas.
To be successful in this position, the individual must possess extensive expertise in Python, SQL, Docker, JavaScript, HTML5 and be willing to lead teams in the application of this expertise. Experience with API usage, responsive design, agile development and healthcare are also beneficial. This position will lead efforts and be responsible for complex applications and integrations at the department and institutional level. This position may also serve as a product owner.

Education Required:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience Required:
Five years' experience in domain, analysis, design, project management, programming, or Epic software. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one-to-one basis.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with Xnat, Python, SQL, Docker, JavaScript, HTML5
