Role: Sprinkler Foreman
Location: Greater Lafayette and Central IN
Pay: Based on Experience

What you'd do:

• Plans and administers the work of personnel and works in a broad range of commercial/industrial enterprises.
• Administers and supervises the tasks of fitters and technicians.
• Lead the team daily.
• Communicate with management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Handle and resolve client issues.
• Travel as needed for projects.

You'd Receive:

• Paid Weekly
• 20 total days of PTO (including Holidays)
• 401K plan w/ 4% match
• Company Vehicle, Gas Card, Cell Phone, and a uniform and boot allowance
• Company paid training and certifications

Would be beneficial to have:

• 3 years working experience in the field of sprinkler install and service.
• 2 years supervisory working experience in the field of sprinkler install/service preferred.
• Clean background, driving record, and ability to pass a drug test
