We are recruiting for a full time (benefit eligible) Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled pediatric team of professionals in Sewell, NJ!

POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Speech Therapist is an integral member of the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Administers appropriate treatment techniques and modalities for the rehabilitation of children aged birth to 21.
- Responsible for adherence to the scope and standards of practice as defined by the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
- Uses creativity, professional judgment, and problem solving techniques to achieve quality outcomes.
- Participates in patient and family teaching and works collaboratively with other disciplines.
- Plays an integral role in facilitating functional performance through oral motor therapy techniques, sensory feedback, interactive talk and play activities, and emotional-cognitive development.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- MA/MS in Speech Language Pathology
- NJ licensure in Speech Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech/Language Pathology
- Specialized training or experience in the evaluation/treatment of pediatric dysphagia preferred (but not required).
- 1-2 years of professional Pediatric experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well as a team member
