- Role: PRN SLP for Home Health, covering nearby cities within a 30-mile radius of Viroqua, WI.

- No Prior Home Health Experience Required!(But must hold your CCCs.)

Responsibilities:
- Set personalized goals and creatively implement individualized treatment plans.
- Develop and execute innovative clinical and educational SLP programs.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, maintaining productivity standards and completing necessary documentation.
- Serve as a trusted partner in the community, helping your patients achieve vital outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited program for Speech Language Pathologists (must have CCCs).
- Hold a valid state license.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Experience in home health is a plus but not required!
