Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our multidisciplinary team. The SLP will provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy for a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with other professionals including BCBAs, teachers, program managers, and other team members to ensure integrated care.
- Educate and support families and caregivers with strategies for continued development at home.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia.
- A certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism (preferred)
- Experience with pediatric populations is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
