Speech Language Pathologist - NAPA Center

Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) provide essential services to enhance communication, speech, language, and feeding/swallowing skills for clients with various impairments. They conduct assessments and interventions for infants to adolescents, working within a multi-disciplinary team to address complex needs.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• State license and ASHA CCC credentials.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in pediatrics.
• Strong physical health for manual handling tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat speech, language, and feeding disorders.
• Create tailored treatment plans and involve families in care.
• Utilize AAC systems and develop home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in professional development.
