HR PMO, North America
This position reports into the XXX and is based in Skillman, NJ, or Summit, NJ.
Role reports to: Head of Talent Access, North America/Head of HR, Global R&D
What you will do:
The HR PMO for North America Talent will collaborate across the HR function to execute transformation and project plan across the employee lifecycle (talent acquisition, benefits, employee engagement).
This position will oversee and coordinate the implementation of the Talent Acquisition and engagement strategy for a key project in North America, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. This role will ensure that all project deliverables are met and execute various workstreams by coordinating the cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
This role will report to overall North America HR Project Lead and Head of Talent Access, North America, with a focus on executing the talent workstream and meeting key milestones in the next 12-24 months.
Key Responsibilities
Project Plan tracking/execution: Monitor and oversee the end-to-end project plan across various HR workstreams, identify interdependencies, and remove barriers to execute the project successfully.
Stakeholder/Data Management: Track critical KPIs and report out insights, in addition to the data, and recommendations based on progress to date to key stakeholders.
Project Coordination/leading project teams: lead an Talent/HR project meeting on a regular basis; build operating governance to program/project structure; issue action plan for all workstreams to ensure on-track
Manage project resource allocation/budget: Manage project budget and track expenses; proactively identify risks
Qualifications - External
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
5 years of experience in HR project management, executing large-scale transformation with multiple stakeholders.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and key stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Desired Qualifications
3 years of experience as HR Business Partner, HR Consulting or TA manager is preferred.
