Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team. The role includes collaborating with Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIS), delivering Parent Training (PCT), and creating individualized learning and behavior plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and support to children with special needs in their homes.
• Implement customized behavioral intervention plans using evidence based ABA methods.
• Conduct parent training sessions to equip families with strategies to support their child's development.
• Monitor, document, and analyze client progress to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and your Clinical Directors to ensure comprehensive and cohesive support.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress reports and intervention outcomes.
• Stay informed on advancements in special education and ABA practices.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education or a related field.
• Certified Special Education Teachers
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience teaching individuals with developmental disabilities
• Proven experience in providing special education services.
• Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience delivering Parent Training (PCT).
• Familiarity with collaboration alongside Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIS).
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Work Hours:

• Part-time hours with a flexible schedule.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate, based on experience and qualifications.
• $50-$65 per hour
