Assistant Property Manager
The Assistant Property Manager is a vital part of ensuring the smooth operations and vibrant community culture of the property. Supporting the Property Manager, this role involves overseeing leasing, marketing, maintenance, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for creating an engaging and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage leases, maintain property databases, facilitate tenant transitions, conduct inspections, and prepare reports.
Community Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with tenants and staff, support community initiatives, and collaborate with the Community Coordinator to foster a sense of belonging.
Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate empathy, respect, and professionalism in all resident interactions while addressing concerns thoughtfully and effectively.
Process Improvement: Apply creativity and problem-solving skills to enhance operational efficiency.
Leadership: Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration while motivating the team to achieve shared goals.
Property Operations: Assist with property maintenance and tenant relations, ensuring a well-maintained and thriving community.

Qualifications
Minimum of two years of experience in an Assistant Manager or Leasing role.
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A positive attitude with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
Demonstrated ability to resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally.
