$75,000 - $80,000 + Bonus

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:
The Sous Chef will manage and develop the kitchen staff, ensure consistent quality and presentation of food. Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Supervise, train, and coach kitchen staff
- Manage food production, quality, and presentation
- Uphold standard operations procedures to ensure quality, safety and sanitation
- Support the Executive Chef with scheduling, ordering, inventory
- Other duties as dictated by Executive Chef in order to run smooth operations
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- 2+ years of experience as an Sous Chef $3M+ upscale-casual French or Continental cuisine restaurant
- Experience in running smooth kitchen operations to consistently produce high quality food
- Display strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to lead, motivate and develop teams
