Mujti Unit restaurant group looking to hire a seasoned Sous Chef for its waterfront location in Patchogue Long Island... BAJA BOATHOUSE.

- This is a high-volume restaurant with a surge in seasonal revenue. Restaurant located on a marina facility on the Patchogue River.
- The position would require a 5-6 day schedule leading.
- The chef will have input on menu development as well as weekly specials. Creativity is a requirement.
- Ability to maintain inventory and orders across all kitchen depts.
- Ability to train and educate kitchen staff.
- Health dept compliance knowledge is a must.
- Pay based on experience level.
- Looking for an energetic up-and-coming sous chef ready to team up with a multiple unit operator.
- Huge growth potential within the organization as additional units are planned to open in 2024
