In 2023, our solar division experienced over 900% growth, and in 2024, we will rank number one in new solar installations for the New York City area. Now is the time to start a career in a growing industry. In the Last six months, two of our Solar Field Managers have been promoted to Solar Setter Office Managers.
Responsibilities:
Solar Sales Field Manager's Responsibilities
- Share your knowledge by training new Solar Appointment Setters to generate leads and Qualified Appointments.
- Mentor and guide a team of Solar Appointment Setters, overseeing their growth, performance, and the successful execution of marketing programs.
- Create location and route assignments for Solar Appointment Setters, ensuring each team member's strengths shine.
- Take charge of tracking leads assessing their quality and quantity for continuous learning.
- Engage in regular KPI reviews with the Solar Setter Office Manager, offering constructive guidance and celebrating collective successes.
- Foster meaningful relationships with key organizations, ensuring our participation in local events aligns seamlessly with our target homeowner demographics.
- Work collectively with the District Sales Manager to align our field strategy with overall sales goals.
Requirements
Only candidates that meet all qualifications will be considered for this role:
- 1+ years of Solar field marketing or sales experience or experience demonstrating your commitment to mentorship.
- Experience within face-to-face sales, door-to-door, in-home sales, or canvassing, preferably in Solar, Automotive (car) sales and home construction environments.
- Experience with CRM tools and performance measurement methodology to track leads and sales.
- Excellent communication skills, emphasizing relationship building and team collaboration.
- Proven experience in motivating, coaching, and developing field teams, emphasizing mentorship and team development.

- Salary - $100,000 to $140,000 (Minimum OTE based on performance)
