Sola Salons Regional Sales and Operations Manager at Strang Corporation

Position Summary:

The Regional Sales and Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of Sola Salon properties throughout Prince Georges County, MD. The manager is responsible for introducing the Sola concept to prospective tenants, rapidly placing qualified tenants in Sola properties, and ensuring tenant satisfaction on a daily basis.

Principal Duties:

Sales & Marketing

• keeps properties occupied with qualified tenants through lead follow-up and property showings for prospective tenants.

Stylist Relations

• develops rental agreements, conducts orientations to property and Sola business model and identifies & resolves tenant issues. Maintains Surprise & Delight program.

Facilities Management

• schedules maintenance and repairs, negotiates contracts with service providers, regularly inspects property to ensure it is in good working order, and quickly resolves emergency maintenance issues.

Owner Relations

• keeps open dialogue with American Salons LLC management team on prospects, vacancies, physical condition of property, etc.

Compensation: Base salary plus bonus based on stylist recruitment. Opportunity for significant growth as Sola expands in the eastern Maryland area. Total compensation range $75k-$85k.
