About the Job
Our company is looking to hire a Recruiter for its HR team and oversee hiring needs and fill job openings. Your success as a Recruiter depends on your ability to source candidates, design job descriptions, identify hiring positions, conduct interviews, filing paperwork. You shall be expected to be familiar with the latest developments in legal requirements and employment laws.
Responsibilities/Duties
1. Identify job requirements and future hiring needs of the company.
2. Prepare job descriptions and specifications.
3. Sort applications, conduct interviews and fill open positions.
4. Maintain employee database.
5. Approach candidates through online research, and candidates databases. Job forums, social media, etc.
6. Assessing the level of experience, soft skills, aptitude, and competencies of the candidates.
7. Manage internship programs.
8. Provide recruitment reports to HR managers or executives.
9. Promote company positions to attract the best candidates.
10. Keep track of the latest employment laws and rules and implement them in the company.
11. Complete paperwork for recruits.
12. On-board newly hired recruits as full-time employees.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or other related field.
2. Ability to conduct interviews and design recruitment strategies.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Experience with recruiting candidates and databases.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Knowledge of employment rules and regulations.
7. Good decision-making skills.
