Responsibilities
As a Consulting Software Engineer, you will:
1. Develop and implement software solutions to address complex business issues while providing technical leadership and making significant contributions to the strategic plan.

3. Utilize your React expertise to craft clean, efficient code that meets our high-quality standards.
4. Conduct thorough testing to ensure software performance and reliability, identifying issues and proposing solutions.
5. Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.
6. Document all programming tasks and procedures for future reference and continuous improvement.
7. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to your work.
8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on React.
3. Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
4. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testing.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and independently.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus.
8. Familiarity with other programming languages, such as Python or TypeScript is a plus
