We are the Product Development team within the Oracle Database organization, responsible for building core Process Automation functionality, also known as Database Native Workflow. This technology forms the foundation of the Workflow functionality available in Oracle APEX, the industry-leading low-code development platform trusted by customers worldwide across virtually every industry.

We are seeking an experienced Database Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain the Database Native Workflow within the Oracle Database.
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of PL/SQL and the Oracle Database ecosystem, along with experience in unit testing and code coverage. Familiarity with Messaging, Scheduling, JSON, MLE (JavaScript), and Property Graph technologies within the Oracle Database will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities
+ Design, implement, and maintain new features for Database Native Workflow.
+ Enhance and sustain the quality and performance of the Workflow Engine.
+ Develop comprehensive unit tests to ensure high code coverage for Database Native Workflow features.
+ Build seamless, out-of-the-box integrations with popular third-party cloud services, such as DocuSign, Slack, and Cloud Content Management Systems.
+ Deliver robust, high-quality, and performant Process Automation solutions.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
