You will drive the technical direction, define best practices, implement development patterns, and be an advisor/mentor to developers.
Your mission will be to innovate our cloud software that is used by customers to speed up the innovation and delivery of critical treatments and medicines to patients around the globe.
It simply doesn’t get any more important than this.What You'll DoArchitect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applicationsCollaborate with the platform team to design, implement, and enhance components used across several application areasDefine the framework to efficiently and effectively share code and components between teamsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to your peersDesign and implement pattern libraries and style guides that enforce best practices and coding standardsRegularly lead code reviews to ensure code qualityRequirements10+ years of relevant front-end experience including full-stack developmentExperience defining and implementing a framework to scale across multiple enterprise web applicationsExperience working with a modern JavaScript framework, HTML, CSS abstractionsStrong advocate of industry best practices and development principlesStrong communication, collaboration, organizational skills, and a proven critical thinkerWe are looking for strong mentors with a proven record of making your team betterApplicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the United States.
