Social Worker Compensation

• The pay for this position is $27 per hour.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Social Worker Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
• The required availability for this position is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
• Statewide travel is required as necessary, including some overnights.

Social Worker Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site monitoring reviews of long-term living service providers to ensure that consumers receive appropriate care that meets State and Federal guidelines.
• Review written documentation and meet with consumers and stakeholders to evaluate the quality of the services provided.
• Monitor issues related to the medical and financial eligibility of the consumer.

Social Worker Requirements

• Bachelor of Social Work from an Accredited Social Work Program or equivalent education and experience.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
