Professional Services Group is now hiring for the position of Supervisor to lead the Safety Services (SS), Mobile Response (MR), Comprehensive Community Services (CCS), and Supervised Visitation (SV) teams in Outagamie County!
The CCS Individual Skill Development program uses goal-oriented interventions to support youth who are struggling in various aspects of their life, including social skills, emotional regulation, anger management, independent living skills, and behavior management.
The Safety Services, Mobile Response, and Supervised Visitation programs work with families referred to our services by the Outagamie County Department of Health and Human Services to maintain safety in homes where children are at-risk for removal or are in the process of reunification. Staff within these programs emphasize helping families develop systems of support and resources to promote safety and stability, and enhance the parent-child relationship.
As the Supervisor, it will be your responsibility to direct and monitor all aspects of the SS, MR, CCS, and SV programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPERVISOR:
- Hire, train, and manage program staff.
- Carry out objectives set by management.
- Monitor and be accountable for program budgets.
- Set and monitor employee caseloads.
- Maintain a light caseload as an SS/MR/CCS Community Worker.
- Prepare required reports and all other program documentation accurately and on time.
- Review staff case notes, safety assessments, and safety plans.
- Ensure quality assurance through file reviews.
- Conduct weekly staffing.
- Act as a resource for staff during emergency and crisis situations.
- Safely transport clients as needed.
LOCATION: Appleton, WI. Some local travel is required to meet with clients within the home, with mileage reimbursement. Flexibility for hybrid/remote scheduling two days/week after training is complete! Must be able to work on-site three days per week.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
SALARY: $58,000-60,000 annually

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a valid Driver's License, personal automobile insurance, and reliable transportation on a daily basis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related is required.
- Must have a minimum of two years' experience working with at-risk youth and families.
- Prior supervisory/management experience is preferred.
