Job Title: Social Media Coordinator (Hybrid)
Job Description: We are searching for a creative and driven social media coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible. We are searching for a creative and driven marketer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and executing the organization’s social media strategy. This includes developing engaging content, analyzing metrics, monitoring audience engagement, and managing social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to digital platforms. The coordinator will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and internal/external teams to ensure brand consistency and facilitate communication with followers.
Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals.
· Create and publish engaging content daily across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
· Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on our social media channels in a timely and accurate manner, escalating as needed.
· Analyze social media insights and adjust strategy and tactics accordingly to improve engagement, growth, and conversion.
· Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and platforms, and continuously improve the company’s social media presence.
· Plan and execute social media campaigns and contests to increase follower engagement and brand awareness.
· Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to help expand our reach.
· Work with and report to members of the leadership on social media ROI as needed.
· Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
· Content management and social media marketing.
· Performs other duties, tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or healthcare-related field
1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
2. Hands-on experience in content management and social media marketing.
3. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
4. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
5. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics tools.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Analytical mindset and critical thinking.8. Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing.
· Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus.
