Company is a machine tool repair / rebuild facility that returns machines to the highest level of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards. We service each customer with the highest expectation and satisfaction and are a leading independent maintenance and repair services provider for the critical infrastructure sector. They rebuild various machines, including vertical boring mills, horizontal boring mills, lathes, and surface grinders, and provides complete machine shop services to preserve and expand an existing machine's capabilities. We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Painter. The ideal candidate will take pride in his / her work and have an exceptional work ethic. Candidates who are self-starters and work with minimal supervision, have proven time and project management skills, and have a customer-focused attitude should apply.
Candidates must be able to:
• Strictly adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures as required by company and the law
• Ensure work is performed safely and efficiently
• Follow written and verbal instructions and perform assigned tasks as directed by supervision

• Move and operate larger equipment (including a double hoist crane)
• Perform basic maintenance duties, including monitoring oil levels and performing regular preventative maintenance for vertical boring mills, horizontal boring mills, lathes, surface grinders, etc.
• Prepare machinery, equipment, and parts surfaces using methods appropriate to remove dirt, oil, grease, old paint, etc.
• Erect scaffolding or set up ladder to perform tasks above ground level
• Apply industrial paint to surfaces using a spray gun, brush, and / or roller

• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
