Position Title: Hydraulic Maintenance Technician
Wage: $54,080 - $79,040/year

Hydraulic Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose hydraulic system malfunctions using various diagnostic tools and techniques, including electrical/hydraulic problems
- Repair and replace hydraulic components, including pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and fittings
- Perform preventive maintenance on hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
- Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic system leaks and pressure issues
- Install and test new hydraulic systems and components
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Assist with hydraulic system design and modification projects as needed
Requirements for Hydraulic Maintenance Technician:
- Technical or vocational training in hydraulics or a related field
- At least three years of experience as a hydraulic mechanic
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of hydraulic system troubleshooting and repair techniques
- Experience with hydraulic testing equipment and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in hydraulics or a related field preferred
- Experience with hydraulic systems used in manufacturing environments preferred
- Knowledge of hydraulic system design and analysis preferred
