Overview: The Shuttle Driver will play a vital role in ensuring our valued staff members' safe and efficient transportation to and from various locations. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, excellent customer service, and the ability to work afternoon & evening shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company shuttle to transport staff members according to a pre-determined schedule.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable shuttle environment.
• Ensure all passengers are seated securely and follow safety protocols during transit.
• Provide courteous and professional service to all staff members.
• Conduct routine pre-trip & post-trip inspections to ensure the shuttle works well.
• Report any mechanical issues promptly.
• May assist with other transportation-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents or violations.
• Experience as a Shuttle Driver or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Must be able to work afternoon/evening, shifts starting at 2 PM.
