As a Showroom Sales Consultant you will play a key role in establishing our position within our local market. A summary of duties would be the following:
- Provide outstanding customer service and foster a fun and welcoming atmosphere
- Generate quotes and sales orders with a high level of detail and accuracy with a sense of urgency
- Assist in developing and growing our customer base
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Provide exceptional communication and follow up with our external and internal customers
- Participate in product training and staff meetings
- Promote the showrooms programs and promotions
Education & Experience Requirement
- Exceptional people skills, positive attitude, energetic, warm, friendly, and personable
- Be a team player, works well with others
- Sales and customer service experience
- Lighting product knowledge is a must
- Excel in a fast pace environment
- Self-motivated and personal drive to achieve success
- Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers have a great experience and help where needed
- Willingness to learn & know lighting and plumbing products
- Good listening skills- able to problem solve and find solutions
- Work hard & efficiently
- Bachelors in Business, Sales and Marketing, or Retail Management a plus
