About the Job
Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a full time Showroom Administrator for a client Carrboro, NC. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and a key member of the administrative team. This is an exciting role with a local, family-owned and operated business.
Responsibilities
- Greet showroom clients / initial point of contact for clients and prospective clients
- Answer high volume of phone calls and direct calls appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage interoffice calendar
- Entering quotes into the system, converting quotes to orders and placing purchase orders
- Support Showroom Sales Team
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Create specification books with client selections
- Maintain and keep the showroom area, kitchen, and coffee station clean and organized.
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Professional manner and appearance with the ability to make a good first impression
- Ability to multi-task, self-motivate, set goals, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer proficiency including Google Calendar, Gmail and basic Excel
