Position Title: Shotcrete Gunite Crew Members

South Shore Gunite Pools & Spa (SSG Pools) is seeking skilled Shotcrete Gunite Crew Members to join our innovative team. We are a leader in swimming pool construction and pneumatically applied concrete projects across New England. Our work spans cutting-edge residential, commercial, and industrial projects, as well as structural retrofits. As a Shotcrete Gunite Crew Member, you will be an integral part of a team delivering exceptional results in both wet and dry mix applications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

- Operate and maintain shotcrete equipment, including wet mix and dry mix systems.
- Perform nozzleman duties, applying 50–80 yards of concrete daily.
- Work collaboratively with team members on a variety of tasks, including setup, operation, and clean-up.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all tools and machinery, adhering to safety protocols.
- For dry mix: manage compressor operations, fluid/grease application, and thorough end-of-shift cleaning of equipment.
- Travel across New England for projects, with occasional overnight stays (no more than 4 nights consecutively).
- Represent SSG Pools professionally while interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in shotcrete/gunite application preferred.
- ACI Certification is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Willingness to travel across New England.
