Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Complex Equipment Repair:

• Lead and execute complex repairs on a variety of equipment, ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards.

Diagnostic Expertise:

• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve intricate issues with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Project Management:

• Oversee large-scale maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.

Team Leadership:

• Mentor and manage a team of technicians, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.

Safety Oversight

• Implement and monitor strict safety protocols, ensuring all team members adhere to best practices to maintain a safe workplace.

Operational Efficiency:

Customer Relations:
