Manager at Culver's - Manager's will learn all area's of the restaurant and become true leaders. A manager is in charge or operations, food costs, and the entire team.
Managers key responsibilities include the following:
Maintaining our high quality for food safety.
Operations - be fast, friendly, accurate, and fresh.
Be the Manager on duty including sending breaks and developing relationships with our team.
Hospitality - taking care of the guests.
