At Jeremiah's Italian Ice, our Store Managers have an entrepreneurial approach and are responsible for bringing our mantra, Live Life To The Coolest, to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, building great teams, impacting their community, and upholding our Core Values. They are able to accomplish this autonomously, while utilizing our business practices.

Job Duties

Quick service restaurant, retail or customer service management experience

Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills

Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment

Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity

Ability to ensure Service Standards are followed according to Core Values

Ability to ensure food and labor costs are managed and controlled; minimize waste, ensure products are prepared according to Brand Standards.

Ability to maximize profitability through upselling, portion control, monitoring accuracy of charges, cash handling procedures, and community marketing initiatives.

Ability to identify ways to improve guest service experience

Ability to identify marketing strategies to increase cover counts and profitability

Skills and Qualifications

Physical Requirements

Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time for 7-8 hour shifts

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Requirements

Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States without sponsorship

The work regularly demands up to 25 hours per week. (sometimes in excess)

Variable hours including mornings, evenings (1-2 closing shifts per week), weekends and/ or holidays.
