As a Shift Lead, you will oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service. Benefits:

Requirements:
- Food & Beverage or Fast Food Experience Required
- Leadership Experience Preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic
- Confident problem solver
- Team Player
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Computer literacy
- Proactive organizational skills
- Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Must have food handlers certification at the time of hire
- Must have open availability
- Must be able to shift from station to station
- Someone to lead by example while following manager and owner rules and corporate policies
- Someone to set an example to bakers by following the guidelines of Crumbl’s policies
Responsibilities:
- Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
- Effectively instructing other employees on the shift
- Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
- Meet deadlines
- Approve work hours
- Maintain excellent customer service at all levels
- Supervising employees, assigning duties, and creating a shift schedule
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently
- Reporting any issues that arise during the shift to management
- Managing employee requests and transgressions
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
- Coaching team members and training new staff
- Opening and closing registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits
- Handling customer issues and employee disputes

It all started with one big dream, two crazy cousins, and the perfect combination of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). They both teamed up and dove head-first into the world of baking. After thousands of dollars in wasted dough, recipes that did not live up to their expectations, and cookies that are just plain embarrassing to them today, the two cousins decided to take their 'perfect cookie quest' to the people. They gathered feedback and tested recipes — a practice that is still part of the Crumbl process — until they created the world’s best chocolate chip cookie.
