Job Title: Shift Lead - Veterinary Assistant/Technician

Job Purpose: The Shift Lead performs veterinary assistant/technician duties while providing operational support and leadership across all shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians in examinations, treatments, and surgeries.
• Ensure the hospital maintains high standards of care and cleanliness.
• Supervise and train veterinary assistants and support staff.
• Manage inventory and supplies for the shift.
• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners.

Qualifications:

• Certified veterinary technician or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassion for animals and their owners.
