Mission: 

• To lead design and implementation of FSO( Financial Services Operations) out of the box & customized enhancements for an existing client. Gathering requirements straight from the customer and taking it back to internal technical teams to build and implement business requirements all the way to testing & launch 

• The employer is looking to add a ServiceNow FSO Technical Consultant to their team on a 100% remote basis.


• This person will be acting as the sole FSO Technical SME to both the external client and internal teams.


• They will be expected to work directly with the client to gather requirements for out of the box and customized enhancements, to then coordinate with internal teams (solutions architect, scrum master, and developers) to make sure they understand technical requirements and answer any questions along the way.


• In addition, they will be expected to oversee stages of testing and release of enhancements. This person should be able to manage the chaos of working with stakeholders, internal teams, along with strict project requirements while upholding a standard of professionalism. They should also come from a development background, able to troubleshoot emergency situations if development is not available. 

• Someone who is able to "manage the chaos" - there are a ton of stakeholders on the client side, as well as internal teams that this person will need to juggle and stay organized while upholding professionalism and great communication throughout


• FSO technical experience - coming from a development background & understanding the product and how it performs out-of-the-box in order to make best practice recommendations for any customized solutions


• Best practice and understanding of ServiceNow as a whole - ITSM

• Someone with ITAM experience in addition to FSO would be great
