Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Implementation Expert to join our team and play a key role in securing and executing a significant project. Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow Implementation: Take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business processes.
- System Configuration and Customization:
- Configure and customize various ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Develop and implement complex workflows, forms, and user interfaces to streamline service delivery and enhance user experience.
- Platform Integration: Lead the upgrade and ongoing management of the integration between ServiceNow and other relevant systems primarily Sharepoint. Ensure seamless data synchronization and workflow continuity between these critical systems.
- Project Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including IT staff and end-users, to gather requirements, define project scope, manage implementation timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Support and Training:
- Provide comprehensive support to staff, resolving ServiceNow-related issues, addressing user queries, and ensuring smooth system operation.
- Conduct training sessions for users on ServiceNow features and functionalities, empowering them to utilize the platform effectively.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, workflow diagrams, user guides, and training materials.
- Compliance: Stay abreast of all relevant industry guidelines and regulations, ensuring strict adherence to labor provisions, non-discrimination policies, record-keeping requirements, and reporting protocols.
Qualifications
- Extensive ServiceNow Experience: A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, implementation, and support is mandatory. You must possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its various modules, functionalities, and best practices.
- Proven Integration Expertise: Extensive experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems is essential. You should have a proven track record of successfully integrating these platforms and ensuring seamless data flow.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills are essential for leading the implementation and managing the various stages of the project. You should have experience in defining project scope, setting milestones, tracking progress, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for interacting effectively with staff, gathering requirements, providing training, and documenting project details.
- Public Sector Experience: Experience working on projects for government agencies or within the public sector is highly desirable. Familiarity with the specific challenges and requirements of public sector projects will be a significant advantage.
- Relevant Certifications: ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer, are strongly preferred.
