Service Now Implementation Consultant Responsibilities

• Aligns business strategy with ServiceNow capabilities.

• Proposes, designs & configures ServiceNow solutions to address complex business needs.

• Oversees technical and procedural documentation required.

• Leads complex problem solving.

• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development in accordance with established governance.

• Displays an innovative approach to apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

• Defines ServiceNow design patterns for enterprise IT Operations Management and/or Service and Asset Management.

• Develops and monitors ServiceNow hardware and software asset management (HAM/SAM).

• Ensures infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established ITIL standards and platform governance patterns

• Identifies and establishes best practices for ITSM Asset Management, configuration item discovery, service mapping, and common services data model (CSDM)
