Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (Local candidates only)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Description:

As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll contribute to moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables. You will analyze challenges, collaborate with teams, and ensure solutions meet compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in and consult on moderately complex software engineering projects.
• Analyze and resolve moderately complex issues, considering various factors.
• Collaborate with client personnel to understand their requirements and provide solutions.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to software engineering deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong ServiceNow development skills and proven experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address moderately complex software engineering challenges.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
